We flew around the world to procure materials to bring to life the vision and luxury of this development project for Luxford Investment Group. MALIBU PROJECT

INTERIOR DESIGN + BUILD MANAGEMENT SERVICES
An 8,000 SQ FT interior renovation. A fresh light and bright modern farmhouse was the vision for this project. In just 8 fast and furious weeks we gutted the interiors to accomplish just that. With just two weeks to spare we were asked to furnish the house completely for the new end user. Our favorite kind of project where we shine our “Don’t stop, get it” work ethic.
PROCUREMENT + INSTALLATION
An 8,000 sq foot home tucked away in the beautiful country side of Canada our team delivered a fast a furious design + procurement of all furnishings. We grabbed some of our best design professionals and installers and headed out to install over a 10 day process. Our clients often ask us for the impossible and we love to rise to the challenge and bring in a home run for our clients. We are a turn key firm and even when we are asked to decorate for Christmas for our clients arrival we set out to find the biggest trees to fill the massive ceiling heights in this home.
INTERIOR DESIGN + PROCUREMENT SERVICES
A 19,000 sq foot estate tucked in the hills of Poway, CA. We joined forces with our client to bring some new life to this beautiful foundation. We took what were dark and heavy interiors to light and bright. We mixed warm whites with warm browns to give this home an update while keeping it true to its architectural bones. Organic wood textures compliment the home along with river stone giving dimension to the overall feel of the home.

A 9,500 sq ft home located in Beverly Hills, Ca. We set out with our client to renovate this stunning home. We mixed a transitional modern approach keeping in tact its beautifully done architectural details. We serviced this process through every stage of the design build process. It came with some curve balls being the age of the home and made for an exciting execution. We buckled up and enjoyed the ride.
DESIGN BUILD + PROCUREMENT SERVICES
A historical home located in the famous Hancock Park district of Los Angeles CA. We joined up with some of our favorite clients to restore this pillar of a home and bring it into todays era. This homes design direction gave a very transitional and yet modern touches throughout. This home came with all the build challenges you would expect from a 100 year old restoration and it was a daily grind to bring it to completion. A beautiful interior foundation made it a breeze to procure its furnishings and materials.
